Our complete liability for claims arising from or relating to System usage shall not exceed amounts deposited in your profile during the 12 months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of claim legal foundation.

Liability for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption, does not exist, even with damage possibility notification.
